Designed to stick to your mirror (so you can see it every day), this is a vinyl sticker with no adhesive.  Instead, when you wet the back, it will stick to most smooth nonporous surfaces.  They are waterproof and repositionable.
 
They will stick to your car window, too, but if you stick them on the outside they will become unstuck in the rain.  You can, however, wet the printed side and stick that to the inside of your car window facing out, just don't do it on a window that retracts or you will lose your sticker when you put the window down!
